Manager Trainee

As a Manager Trainee you will be compensated and ultimately promoted based on your abilities and performance. This is an entry-level opportunity for you as a Manager Trainee in St. Charles, IL. FCA approaches training from a “hands on” point of view. Through our training program, you will be working on the showroom floor serving as the primary point of customer interaction. You will be assigned a mentor and trained to confidently sell and educate customers regarding our various flooring products, accurately and efficiently process customer orders and maintain customer relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Shall pass drug and pre-employment tests
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Demonstrates a readiness to meet and greet customers as friends-with high energy and enthusiasm
